These 67XL remanufactured cartridges work with standard HP DeskJet and Envy printers. However, if your printer model ends in "e" (such as DeskJet 2755e, Envy 6055e) and you have activated HP+ service, these cartridges are not compatible — HP+ printers are locked to OEM cartridges only.
How to check: If your printer model ends in "e" and you enrolled in HP+, use OEM cartridges. Standard models (DeskJet 2755, Envy 6055, without the "e") work perfectly with these cartridges.

How to Install HP 67XL Ink Cartridges
- Turn on your HP printer and open the ink cartridge access door — the carriage will move to the center
- Press down on the old cartridge to release it and slide it out
- Remove the new 67XL cartridge from its packaging and remove the orange protective tape from the nozzle area completely — do not touch the copper contacts or ink nozzles
- Hold the cartridge by its sides and insert it into the correct slot — black goes in the right slot, tri-color goes in the left slot
- Push firmly upward until it clicks into place
- Close the access door — the printer will automatically align the cartridges
If your printer shows a "cartridge not recognized" error: Remove the cartridge, clean the copper contacts gently with a dry lint-free cloth, then reinstall. Contact our support team if the issue persists — replacements are covered under lifetime warranty.
